Making an appointment
Please use the 'Get In Touch' area to book a free 15 minutes initial consultation with me. Here, if you wish, you can write a brief explanation as to why you are seeking therapy and what would be the best day/time to contact you. I will always aim to get back in touch with you by email within 24 hours during the working week.
Price and Payment
Payment for each session is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in advance. This secures your appointment and helps maintain consistency in our therapeutic work.
Availability
My working days are Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9am to 6pm.
Number of sessions offered
I can offer long term or short term therapy, depending on your needs.
Session Structure and Flexibility
Sessions will usually take place weekly, in the same room, or online, on the same day and time, and will last for 50 minutes. This regularity helps to create a consistent and reliable therapeutic space that is yours for as long as you choose to continue.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee, unless due to exceptional circumstances.
Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full.
Contact outside of sessions
Contact outside of sessions is limited to administrative matters (e.g., scheduling). Therapeutic content will be addressed during sessions only. To maintain a professional boundary, I do not connect with clients via personal social media.
